Rock on!

I love rocks.  I love to walk on rocks. I'm weird.  At least my husband thinks so.

Today I'm off to Farm and Fleet to get a few things to make a rock standing mat for my kitchen.  I'll post more details once I get it all set up.

But this post isn't about rocks as in rocks on the ground.  This is about rocking on your feet to stimulate the muscles, move the joints and get some good blood flow in your feet.

Tim from Original Strength shows a couple of great foot moves that will help to keep your feet healthy.  See below:

Did you try it?  How does it feel?  If the pressure on your feet is too intense at first, just take it slow.  Rock just once or twice, switch feet and be done.  Then try it again later and build up to 3 or 4 times. Just do it.   Your feet - your body - will thank you!

If you happen to purchase an item that I've linked here because of clicking on my link, the vendor for that item has kindly offered to kick back a little bit to me as a thank you for referring you to them. Don't worry... the item you're getting won't cost you any more using my link than it does if you buy directly. But it's a nice way for me to keep this blog going and cover just a little bit (a very little bit) of my costs. Thanks in advance.
