It's Saturday and we're almost two weeks in to our foot health adventure! How's it going? Have you spent some time these past few days thinking about your feet and how you move (or don't move) is affecting them?
Since it's the weekend and I'm offline on Sundays ... and since I'm on a lovely WALK FILLED pleasure trip to France with my oldest daughter (only 1 day in and my feet (and hips and knees) HURT - too much pavement!), I'm going to take a little break from the daily posts and just enjoy my trip.
But make sure to check back at the end of next week!
In the meantime, walk often, move more, and think about your feet!
