Foot Health and more

Twelve of my fabulous alignment colleagues got together to create an online event called the "Virtual Women's Health Summit" (click).

This is a free event (you do have to give them your email address to access the classes) but it's only available until tomorrow. 

Presentations include:

• Step Away From Foot Pain:  4 Fixes for Achy Feet
• Is Your Period a Pain?  3 Natural Ways to Eliminate Menstrual Cramps
• Workplace Wellness:  Making Your Office Work for You
• These Ain't Your Mama's Situps:  How to RE-Think Your Core

and so much more.  Each presentation is about 20 minutes long and most of them include hands on moves and stretches to help with problem areas.  I really enjoyed the "Build a Better Booty" class and have been doing her suggestions regularly since I watched it.  Great stuff.

My friend, Barbara at Alignment Monkey is my go-to gal for all things "female".  Her presentation on Period Pain is a must see if you or any women/girls in your family are having issues with painful menstruation.
